Prior to joining IIT Delhi, he was a researcher in the Building Energy Sciences Group at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), USA from 2019 to 2021. He completed his Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA in 2018 and his B.Tech. in mechanical engineering from IIT Delhi in 2012.
