Conference Fees
National Participants
For female participant there is 10% discount on registration charges
For Participants from AEEE member organisations, there is a 25% discount on the registration charges

International Participants

Who must pay the registration fee?
Every delegate attending the conference must pay the conference fee as per the category defined below. For example, a student must pay the student fee, and an academic or industry person must pay the professional fee. Every delegate presenting a paper at the conference must pay the conference fee of the ‘participant with the paper presentation’. For every accepted paper, at least one of the authors must register and pay the conference fee. The co-author of the paper can pay the “visiting student/visiting participant” fee in case they are attending the conference.
Time Span
- The participation fees are payable within 7 days of registration.
- You can change your registration type by contacting info@aeee.in before September 30, 2023.
- The online registration closes on September 30, 2023. Extended deadline 20 October, 2023.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests made after October 10, 2023, will not be accepted
- Accommodation cancellation would lead to a 50% deduction of the booking amount if cancelled before September 30, 2023. After September 30, 2023, no cancellation request will be considered

Once you have completed the quick step-by-step online registration process given below, you can pay immediately online using a credit card, debit card, internet banking and UPI. A Proforma Invoice will be generated after the registration. Once payment is confirmed invoice will be generated and sent to the registered e-mail id.

Step-by-step instructions for registration
- Go to the registration portal.
- If you do not have a ConfTool account, click on Register new
- Enter the details of your Organisation/Company, Academic or Professional Position, Title, Name, Address, Zip Code, City, Country, e-mail, etc.
- Click on the Data Privacy Agreement
- Create your user-id and password
- Click Submit
- If you already have an account, log in to the ConfTool using your user id and password
- You can retrieve your user id and password through your registered email-id in case you do not remember
- After logging in to the ConfTool, click on “Register for the Energise 2023 Conference”
There are four steps which are as follows
Step 1- Participant Status:
Please choose the category in which you want to register
Step 2- Event and Item Selection:
- Please choose your preferred selection. For example, you want to register using the package option or registration and accommodation separately. Also, if you do not want accommodation and want to go with the registration fee only, then click the option of no accommodation.
- Please select your food preference
- If you need any special assistance in terms of transportation or you have any accessibility issues, please mention in the Remark Tab
Step 3- Payment Details:
- Choose the address that you want to be printed on the invoice.
- If you are a presenting author, please mention your paper ID in the Reference Tab
- Payment method is, by Default, Razorpay Payment Gateway
Step 4- Confirm Registration:
- Please click on confirm tick box and click on Confirm Purchase
- After clicking on Confirm Purchase, you will receive a Proforma Invoice on your registered e-mail id
- After clicking on Confirm Purchase, you will land on the payment page. Click on Razorpay, enter your mobile number and click on PROCEED button
- You can select your preferred method of payment from UPI/Card (Debit & Credit)/Internet Banking/Wallet
- After payment Invoice will be generated and sent to your registered e-mail id
Terms and Conditions
- The registration charges for the conference cover a maximum 2 papers presentations per ‘presenting author’
- In case a single participant is opting for the ‘double sharing’ accommodation option, the room partner will be selected by the organiser, and no choice will be made available
- In case a participant wants to share a room with a specific participant, both participants need to register, but only one should book the accommodation on a ‘single occupancy’ basis and share the name of the room-mate by e-mail to:info@aeee.in
- Group bookings for more than 5 participants: 20% on registration charges. Please share full details with the organisers at info@aeee.in, and the registration formalities will be done from the backend. The payment link will be shared with the ‘lead participant’ of the group

Our transition to a future with lower carbon emissions depends heavily on buildings. They are our places of residence, rest, and employment; they also account for around one-third of the world’s greenhouse gas emissions and nearly 40% of the world’s energy usage.
